Founded by Coach Vikram Rana, a former state-level kickboxing competitor and certified MMA coach, the academy runs on structured skill progression: striking, clinch work, takedowns, and ground control, all taught in a controlled, supervised environment with proper pads and protective gear.
How We Train
Every session opens with a proper warm-up and mobility work, moves into technique drilling in pairs, and closes with controlled sparring or bag work scaled to the student's level. Beginners are never thrown into hard sparring on day one — footwork, guard, and basic combinations come first. Intermediate and advanced students rotate through striking, wrestling, and jiu-jitsu-influenced ground work across the week.
Programs We Offer
Beginner Kickboxing (all ages 14+) builds striking fundamentals and fitness through pad work and combinations. MMA Fundamentals blends striking with basic takedowns and ground escapes for a complete base. Women's Self-Defense is a dedicated, judgment-free class focused on real-world grabs, holds, and escape technique. Competition Team is invite-only, for graded students actively preparing for amateur MMA or kickboxing bouts.
